Carecens has made a huge improvement in my work environment from not only an HR standpoint but as also an employee. The ability to recognize and be recognized for 5-star moments is just one of them. It is nice to know I can shoutout my co-workers for doing a great job and let them know they are going above and beyond in a quick

way! It is also nice to be recognized for my work too and to see it is not going un-noticed. As the person in the facility that makes our scoreboard to show how many moments a specific employee gets, Carecens makes it much easier by automatically tracking those numbers for me and tracking them based on the employee. It also makes it easy to print out the moments to post them to give even more recognition. Another way Carecens has positively impacted me is by allowing employees to submit time adjustment forms through the convenience of their phone or computer from home. I am big into saving paper where I can and this allows us to save TONS of paper, it is an easy process from submitting, to approval, to being processed. It makes it much easier than filling out a paper form and then trying to find the supervisor to sign it and then submitting the form to be processed into the system. It also makes it much easier to track the TARF’s that are sent in because it automatically tracks what TARFs have been processed and keeps them in the system just in case it needs to be referred to later. Carecens also makes it easy to track everything our facility tracks in our scoreboard, it allows me to add multiple scores for multiple employees all at once, saving a tremendous amount of time. All in all, the Carecens platform has impacted me greatly and I will continue to rave about it as the options continue to get better, make my job easier as well as making the employees jobs easier too.
